August OCS & Thank you card

Hello again! I was holding off on posting these cards because I wasn't too satisfied with them...my excuse is I'm still new at all this! Quite overwhelming! :) Trying hard to not have my cards look so plain! :( Here is my card I made for Sherri for Teri's (Big Ideas from a little girl) One Card Swap! Photobucket
It was my first time making a shaker card! Didn't come out good because my mounting tape wasn't thick enough so not all of the seed beads moved. Main thing, she told me she likes it! :)
And here is a thank you card I made for my August Aloha RAK that I received. Photobucket
This is a digital stamp from Soft Pencil Designs at etsy.com. There are more really cute designs! Again, it was my first time using digi stamps and copics so bear with me! Slowly learning everything! Well TFL! Sorry my pix are not too clear...I'm still learning how to do HTML as well! So lost!
