Made a simple Hawaii themed card since I've been missing home again lately! :) Luckily, I will get to visit in June and I think December! Yay! Used a stamp from Pink Cat Studio (first time) and DP is Basic Grey Picadilly (the orange).

Birthday Tag

Hello! Today starts a new challenge at Lollipop Crafts! Our theme this week is Tags, tags, TAGS! (make any type of tag(s) ). I made a simple tag using a Pure Innocence stamp.

Here's my second post for today! Made a simple thank you card. Used a circle punch for the flowers and a button in the middle. I used a paper piercer to punch the holes for the stems and hand-stitched it with embroidery thread. That was fun.

Easter Blessings

Had fun making another Easter card! Used a cute PI image and Picadilly Basic Grey DP. Easter will be here before you know it...I can't believe next week is March already! :O I love chocolate covered marshmallows! Yum!

Made an easter card using a new stamp I got from a stamp set from Taylored Expressions! I've wanted a stamp with "cuppie" for a long time! And I like that there's a "peep" in the basket too! Yum!

At Lollipop Crafts today, it's my team leader Alanna's birthday! So I made this card to wish her a very happy birthday and a wonderful day! I got the layout for the card from the PaperCrafts Holiday 2010 issue.

Yoshimi

Made my first card using "Yoshimi" from the most recent release from Sister Stamps! I didn't want to attempt to fix it but I realized after the card was done that I colored her headband black! :( I think I must have been tired while coloring and I really thought it was her hair! I only noticed while looking at someone else's sample. Oh well, I still had lots of fun with this card! Hard to tell in the pic but I used pop dots for the fans to give some effect. And used embossing folder for the first background and paper punch cherry blossoms I got from an RAK.

Made a simple card using a new stamp set I purchased from Lawn Fawn! I like most of their image because they have smiley faces! :) I popped up the muffin and added googly eyes! Thought I'd make it a little fun. Made a mistake with the hand drawn stitching again! :( Oops!

Made a card using Anya Princess no. 2. Finally remembered to use her and happy because I believe this is my first "princess" card too! Since the sentiment has the word sparkle in it, I put stickles on the dress and the hearts. Couldn't find any princessy DP. :(

I'm having fun making Christmas cards because I know I'm getting a head start! :) I don't feel rushed. Used a cute Pink Cat Studio stamp and also recycled the "string" from an old gift bag. (A secret: I like to use recycled  ribbon/string because they come in different styles and sometimes you can't find it in a craft store.) Just something different and I'm trying to be "green". :)
